This two-day workshop helps you develop a clear positioning and a clear Brand Blueprint– which represents your brand’s DNA

We work with you to set out succinctly in one document every dimension of your brand – from its Vision and Purpose to Positioning, Benefits (functional and emotional) to Values and Personality Traits.

Brand Experience & Service Design


Customers buy experiences regardless of whether they are purchasing a product or service. This one-day workshop provides you with the tools to map out and analyse your current Brand Experience and identify its strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. We review carefully about what your brand experience at each of your customer touch points say about you.

We look at the totality of your customer journey. By thinking in terms of the complete customer journey and all sorts of new opportunities to offer a better brand experience will emerge.

We define your brand experience and create your Signature Service Style successfully uniting all the expressions of your brand.

COACHING SUPPORT: Because of the nature of the material, this workshop comes with a three-month coaching support programme.
